1. General Return Policy
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, sealed packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.
- Perishable goods.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please contact our Customer Service team at info@opfortymall.com or call us at +2347072689319 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will assess your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including the RMA number provided by our team.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@opfortymall.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect product. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), OpufortyMall will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Policy Modifications
OpufortyMall reserves the right to amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
