We process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our team works diligently to ensure your health and wellness products are dispatched promptly.
Delivery Times
Once your order is processed, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery. While we strive to meet this timeframe, delivery times may vary based on your location and courier operations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery address. The final shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
General Conditions for Returns
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, sealed packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.
- Perishable goods.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions if approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly included.
Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
